Right of Revocation

Withdrawal

You may cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, e-mail) or - if you received the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification per e-mail, but not before receiving the goods (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first delivery), and also not before fulfillment of our obligations in accordance with § 312c Section 2 BGB in connection § 1 Sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB and according to our obligations in § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB Information Regulations. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation or return the good.

Consequences

Cancellation consequences in the case of effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) have to be surrendered. If you cannot return us the whole good, only partly or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of goods this does not apply if the impairment is only on the test - as it would be the case in a retail store. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as your property and not doing anything that could reduce its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods are the ordered ones and if the price of the commodity does not exceeding 40 Euros or in the case of a higher price if the goods are not paid/partly paid before the cancellation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-transportable goods will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their reception.

Special Notes

The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not due to their condition suitable for its return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.
